Introduction 

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the Contrarians Offer ("Offer") run by Netwealth Investments Limited (ABN 85 090 569 109, AFSL No. 230975) ("Netwealth") as the operator of the Netwealth Wrap Service as well as the administrator and custodian of the Netwealth Superannuation Master Fund.  The Offer aims to provide each Eligible Participant with the following: 

- a discount of 0.05% off the Account Fee applied to the first investment of up to $1,000,000 made by the Eligible Participant in Wealth Accelerator Plus or Super Accelerator Plus; and  

- if the Eligible Participant invests in Super Accelerator Plus, an additional discount of 0.01% off the Account Fee applied to the account balance exceeding $1,000,000 held within the Eligible Participant’s Super Accelerator Plus account, 

(collectively, “Discount”). 

Definitions 

• Account Fee refers to the ‘Administration fee – account fee’ described in the Disclosure Documents. 
• Account Holder refers to either a holder of an established account within Wealth Accelerator Plus or Super Accelerator Plus.  
• Disclosure Documents means the disclosure documents for the Wealth Accelerator and Super Accelerator (including the Wealth Accelerator Multi Asset Portfolio Service Guide and the Super Accelerator Product Disclosure Statement) which are available at netwealth - Product Disclosure Documents & Forms.
• Eligible Participant means a participant of this Offer who meets the criteria set out in the “Eligibility criteria” section of these Terms and Conditions. 

Other capitalised terms not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Disclosure Documents.  

How the Offer works  

You can participate in the Offer by following the steps below: 

1. Follow the prompts at www.netwealth.com.au/contrarians. 
2. Fill out the form on the landing page to enter the Offer. 
3. Register to become an Account Holder using the same contact details provided in the above form.
4. Successfully open an account with Netwealth.
5. You will be notified once the Discount is successfully applied.  

The Offer will remain valid  from 14 April 2025 to 31 August 2025 (“Offer Period”).  

Eligibility criteria 

To be eligible for this Offer, you must: 

• have read and understood all relevant Disclosure Documents;  
• successfully become an Account Holder within the Offer Period; and  
• have never held a Super Accelerator account and/or Wealth Accelerator account prior to becoming an Account Holder. 

General 

• If an Eligible Participant becomes an Account Holder for a Wealth Accelerator Plus account or a Super Accelerator Plus account which is linked by their family members via a family group for the purposes of family fee rebates, the Discount will be calculated based on the reduced account fee across such linked accounts and provided to the Eligible Participant on a pro rata basis.  
• The Discount is not available in conjunction with any other offers provided by Netwealth. 
• By participating in the Offer, you acknowledge and agree that: 
• Netwealth may accept or reject your application to become an Account Holder at its sole discretion; 
• Netwealth reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Offer at its sole discretion at any time; and 
• to the maximum extent permitted by law, Netwealth will not be liable for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by you (including any losses incurred or sustained in connection with a third-party claim) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Offer.
• This Offer shall not be construed as any financial advice or recommendation to invest in any financial product. Any correspondence in relation to the Offer will be sent by Netwealth on the assumption that each Eligible Participant will consider all relevant Disclosure Documents and seek professional advice before making any investment decisions.  
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in Victoria.  Netwealth and each Eligible Participant who participates in the Offer will submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.  

Acknowledgment 

By participating in this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
