Important information about Netwealth's AdviceTech Buyer's Guide competition.

By opting to find out more about Netwealth Investments Limited's AdviceTech Buyer’s Guide campaign and entering the competition to win either the first prize: one (1) reMarkable 2, or the second prize: one (1) Journey ARIA 3-in-1 fast wireless charging station, or the third prize: also one (1) Journey ARIA 3-in-1 fast wireless charging station (the Competition), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (Terms):
Important: This is a game of chance (trade promotion lottery). Entry is free and winners are determined by random draw.

1. Competition promoter

Netwealth Investments Limited (ABN 85 090 569 109, AFSL 230975) ('Netwealth'), Level 6, 180 Flinders Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Phone: 1800 888 223.

2. Time frame

Opens: 8am Tuesday 18 November 2025 in AWST
Closes: 20 November 2025 at 12pm in AWST. The draw will occur on 20 November 2025 (see section 9). Entries must be received before the closing time to be valid.

3. Eligibility 

a. Competition entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who attend or are represented at the FAAA Congress 2025 in Perth, work in a financial advice practice or similar as at the Competition prize draw date, and are not officers or employees of Netwealth or its associate, nor an immediate family member of any such officer or employee.
b. To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must complete the physical or online Competition entry form and submit it within the Competition period with all required details completed (Qualifying Entry).
c. Each eligible entrant may submit one entry only.
d. Once submitted, all entries become the property of Netwealth.
e. Netwealth has the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where Netwealth reasonably suspects any unlawful or improper conduct or breach of these Terms.
f. Netwealth will not be responsible for any late or failed entry due to error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission.
g. To the extent permitted by applicable law (including those regulating trade promotion lotteries) Netwealth reserves the right to withdraw, vary or postpone the Competition or any aspect of it, to the extent reasonably required to take account of any circumstances outside Netwealth’s reasonable control that prevent or substantially hinder Netwealth from conducting the Competition in accordance with these Terms. Each Qualifying Entry will be deemed a Qualifying Entry into any postponed or varied Competition.
h. Netwealth is and will remain at all times the sole owner of the copyright and intellectual property rights comprised in the Competition and all materials and information made available to attendees or otherwise in connection with this Competition. Netwealth will own rights to any works or intellectual property created by attendees.

4. Privacy & permitted uses of entrants’ information

a. By entering the Competition, you are agreeing to provide your contact details (full name, email, mobile or landline phone number, company and State) to Netwealth for use in accordance with Netwealth’s Privacy Policy, which include permissions for Netwealth to send you marketing and promotional communications. We respect your right to Privacy and you can subsequently opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us on 1800 888 223 or Marketing@netwealth.com.au or using the unsubscribe link in any electronic marketing or promotional communication we sent you.  Please visit our website www.netwealth.com.au/web/privacy-policy to read our Privacy Policy.

b. By entering the Competition, you are also agreeing to Netwealth publishing your name and employer details together with prize details on Netwealth’s website (www.netwealth.com.au) and, if Netwealth so chooses, via social media, in an announcement of the Competition winner.

5. How to enter (free entry)

Visit the Netwealth booth at FAAA Congress 2025 and complete the physical or online entry form during the Promotion Period. No cost to enter. One (1) entry per eligible entrant.


6. Publication of Terms & Conditions and prize details

These Terms & Conditions will be displayed at the booth and published online at netwealth.com.au linked to from the entry page.


7. Prizes

  • First Prize: 1 × reMarkable 2 tablet (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): AUD $845)
  • Second Prize: 1 × Portable charging mat (ARV: AUD $125)
  • Third Prize: 1 × Portable charging mat (ARV: AUD $125)
  • Total prize pool ARV: AUD $1,095.

 

8. Draw Details (random selection)

Draw date & time: 20 November 2025 at 12pm in AWST. Location: Netwealth booth, FAAA Congress 2025, Perth. Method: A random draw from all eligible entries using a fair and transparent method.

 

9. Winner notification & prize delivery

a. The Winners will be announced at the Conference, by writing, by announcement, letter or email and, if Netwealth so elects, via Netwealth’s social media channels.

b. If, despite Netwealth making every reasonable effort to use the contact information given on the Qualifying Entry, the Winners do not claim the Prize by announcement, phone or in writing (which may include email) within 3 (three) months, then the Winners are deemed to have forfeited their entitlement to the Prizes.

c. Any decision of Netwealth as Competition Promoter regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding any result or decision.

 

10. Records & compliance

Records relating to the lottery will be retained for at least 12 months and made available to authorised officers or WA Police upon request.

 

11. Disqualification & technical issues 

Netwealth may disqualify any entry it reasonably suspects involves unlawful or improper conduct or a breach of these Terms.
