Leads Netwealth’s Digital Product. Previously GM Product at Xero and Head of Product at SEEK, Jay has built and scaled B2B and B2C SaaS platforms in complex, regulated industries. He specialises in product strategy, customer insight and simplifying end‑to‑end adviser workflows. His mission is to help advisers serve significantly more clients, more effectively - by streamlining workflows, unifying client wealth information, and turning data into high‑value insights and actions, all on a secure and reliable platform.
Crystal Hanna
General Manager - Financial Products
Leads Financial Products across IDPS, Super, Wholesale and Managed Accounts. Crystal has overseen and built other multi-billion dollar platforms in Australia and Germany. At Netwealth, she is evolving the product suite to better meet adviser and client needs, strengthening governance and investment communications, improving Super and IDPS onboarding, and partnering with advisers and licensees to co‑create solutions that reduce admin and support practice growth.
