Drill down and view the details of every transaction that impacts your Netwealth cash account. See dividends and other income, fees, taxes, contributions, and other transactions in and out of your account.

Transactions history

The transactions history tab gives you a historical view of all transactions using your Netwealth cash account.



Step 1: Navigate to transaction history

Navigate using the main menu to Transactions > Search Transactions and ensure the History tab is selected at the top.

Step 2: Select account

Select an account from the account drop down selector.

Step 3: Choose the date range for the transaction history

By default, you will be shown the last 90 days of transactions. You can change the date range by clicking on the date picker drop down.

Step 4: Choose how to view your transaction history

You have the following options for viewing transaction history over a selected period in the Filter drop-down:

Cash transaction summary Display a high-level listing of inflow and outflow categories, plus the opening and closing balance.
Full transaction listing

Show every deposit or withdrawal transaction for the selected period.

From this view you can add a transaction narration which will be displayed in your reports. To add a narration click the pencil icon in the far right column, next to Cash Balance.
Individual listing

Filter the full transaction history by the category of transaction.

Search for an asset Search for any transactions related to a specific asset, by entering its code or name in the Filter by asset field.


Step 5: Download your transaction history

For the selected period, you can download a report:

  • Arrow icon – CSV file listing the entire transaction history
  • Print icon – PDF file showing summary and full transaction history

 

Pending transactions

The pending transactions tab gives you information on any transactions that are yet to happen.

Step 1: Navigate to pending transactions

Navigate using the main menu to Transactions > Search Transactions and ensure the Pending tab is selected at the top.

Step 2: Select account

Select an account from the account drop down selector.

Step 3: View outstanding pending transactions

The following transactions may show:

  • Managed fund orders not yet confirmed. This may have been submitted after 12 pm previous day. Advanced tip: orders can be cancelled prior to 12pm via this tab. 
  • External asset transfers into or out of your account, such as In-specie transfers of assets
  • Managed account models awaiting rebalances
  • Any withdrawal awaiting cash
  • Purchases awaiting more cash
  • Share trades that are yet to be completed.
