Kate is a Partner with Affirmative Investment Management and member of Investment Committees for Conscious Investment Management and Melbourne Grammar School. Previously, Kate has worked in global roles as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and a Consultant at PwC.

Ben is Principal and Managing Director of Kilara Capital, Kilara’s vision is to transform food, energy and land-management systems to ensure that they are resilient, regenerative and ecologically responsible. He leads the deal team for the Kilara Growth Equity Fund, which is Australia’s first and only dedicated growth-stage and impact focused investment vehicle

Matthew is the founder and CIO of Conscious Investment Management, responsible for making and managing new impact investment opportunities. Previously, Matthew was the head of impact investing at one of Melbourne’s largest family offices, where he originated, led investment diligence and executed a number of global investments across property, equity, fixed income and venture capital. 

Matt's financial services career began when he joined Netwealth in 2001. Matt’s experience in sales, marketing and product brings a ‘hands on’ understanding to his role. Matt has a passion for advice, superannuation, investment and technology and is a regular media commentator and presenter on these topics. Matt has been a Joint Managing Director since January 2015.

Paul is a co-founder and investor at Square Peg. The global team invests across Australia, Israel and Southeast Asia with a focus on Series A and B in early stage technology companies.  Some of Square Peg’s portfolio companies include Airwallex, Stripe, Canva, FinAccel, Athena and Deputy. Paul was a  co-founder and CEO of SEEK, a $10b startup founded in Melbourne from 1997 - 2011. He served as a director of Wesfarmers from 2012-2018 and has been an AFL Commissioner since 2012.

Anthony is a Global Partner of Antler, a Global VC firm enabling and investing in the world's most exceptional people building the defining companies of tomorrow. Anthony co-founded the Australia operation and in addition now leads the Global Capital function. Prior to joining Antler (in 2019) Anthony was the CEO of BrickX, one of Australia’s prominent fintech companies. 

Catherine is a Non-executive Director of ASX-listed EQT Holdings Limited and spent 6 years as a superannuation trustee director of Equity Trustees Superannuation Ltd. She is a non executive director of Australia's sixth largest customer owned bank, Greater Bank, in addition to being a non executive director of SCALE Investors, which invests seed capital in exceptional female led start-ups. Catherine chairs Scale portfolio company, education technology innovator TalkiPlay.
