The most popular features of client portals include the ability to access performance reports on investments (52.6 per cent of firms currently use this feature), update key personal information (48.5 per cent), view account balances and transaction history (47.4 per cent), access and store financial documents (44.3 per cent), sign financial documents (43.3 per cent), and to rack progress of financial goals (40.2 per cent).
